Absolutely brilliant service from Twiggys Move! Moving house is stressful enough, but with four kids in the house, it felt like it could have been completely overwhelming. The team were amazing from start to finish — so friendly, funny, helpful, patient and understanding. They made everything feel so much easier and were always happy to help, even with all the chaos that comes with having four children around! They worked really hard, handled everything with care and kept such a positive attitude throughout. I honestly can’t thank them enough for making our move so much less stressful. This company are AMAZING. The stress of selling your home is matched with planning to empty the house together with employing removal people…. It’s ‘ brutal’ However Twiggy and the team, made our move not only bearable but almost therapeutic it terms of the laughs we had on the way; even when waiting outside our new property unable to access because of a funds transfer that took forever. Twiggy and his jolly men, seemed un-phased by our chaos and literally held our hands until the end. Very personal service that kept us upbeat. We are now in our forever home. Unreal service from start to finish. Twiggy & his lads moved our 3 bed property for us this past week and honestly can’t recommend them enough. Firstly an extremely reasonable price, the guys put in a hell of a shift in 30 degree heat and were a great bunch from start to finish as well. Secondly, our sellers had issues with getting their keys late and trying to complete their house move themselves with a hired Luton on multiple trips which meant a big delay for getting unloading and the guys were so understanding making an extremely stressful day a doddle without being pushy about the timings. They handled everything with care and not a single item was broken when we got here. There was great communication from start to finish getting the quote in, changing moving dates and on the day itself making sure everything went where we wanted it. And finally they were an absolute pleasure to spend the long old day around. Could not recommend twiggy enough, hopefully thats the last move I’ll ever have to do but will 100% recommend to anyone moving and if I ever need any of his other services I wouldn’t hesitate to get back in touch!

Sensational Absolutely outstanding – we genuinely couldn’t recommend Twiggy’s Removals highly enough. From the very first day Twiggy came to give us a quote, the service has been exceptional. Always at hand to answer messages, reassure us and help with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble. On moving day, Kev, Cam and Twiggy were simply the best. We have honestly never seen a team work so hard. They worked absolutely tirelessly from start to finish, constantly going above and beyond and doing far more than we ever expected. Yet despite how hard they were working, they were always patient, polite, happy and an absolute hell of a laugh! What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared that we were happy. Throughout the entire day they kept checking in with us, asking if we were happy with everything, if things were where we wanted them and whether there was anything else they could do. Nothing felt rushed and nothing was ever too much trouble. Moving house can be such a stressful and emotional day, but these guys somehow managed to make it genuinely enjoyable. They kept us laughing, reassured us when we needed it and just got on with everything without a single complaint. Their work ethic is second to none. We honestly couldn’t have done it without them. They didn’t just go the extra mile – they went several extra miles. To top it all off, the price was extremely reasonable for the incredible amount of work they did and the level of service we received. Kev, Cam and Twiggy– thank you. Twiggy was recommended to us for our move from Hertfordshire to Swansea. Everything about the process was straightforward, helped by quick and clear communication. Excellent service. Wayne and David made it look easy, we had a few large items and boxes of delicate items needing moving from a storage unit back into the house. What took us nearly half a day to move there, took the guys a tenth of the time to move back and all neatly and carefully loaded onto the van to ensure all our possessions were safe and secure. The guys moved all the stuff back into the house with care and were very friendly and helpful putting things were needed. We would use them again in future to save time and energy on moving stuff ourselves. Highly recommend!

Twiggy’s did a great job of moving my dad into sheltered accommodation. He was very nervous about the move and about his furniture, but Wayne and Rob were very reassuring, explained to him exactly what was happening each step of the way. Well what can I say about Wayne, Dai, Rob and Kevin... It was a BIG move and these guys were AMAZING. I hadn’t had a chance to pack everything but they kept me going all the way and when i didnt know how to pack precious things my children had made or built as they would have broken the passenger in 1 van took them in an box on his lap??!!! Who would else have done that for people they had never met before..... These guys!!! All I can say is thank you soooo much guys there was a bit of banter all the way which got me through it as well and making sure everything was ok for my kids. I would recommend 1000% not 100%

We used Twiggys services to move a second hand sofa we bought from Facebook marketplace. He managed to fit us in within a day, collect from the address and delivered to our living room and even helped put it together. I highly recommend using Twiggy for any moving needs you have.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Wayne came out personally for our home assessment and his quote was far cheaper than the larger companies.. Cam and the crew were due to arrive at 8am but were there raring to go at 7.20 am. They worked tirelessly all day, were extremely personal and professional with a great sense of humour. They really couldnt do enough for us They. Took all the stress out of moving home and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Really paid off to shop local.

After hearing about the companies reputation, I decided to use them to move homes. Honestly one of the best decisions Ive made. Wayne and boys were punctual, polite and overall superb. Nothing was too much and they put everything in the desired rooms. They dismantled and assembled everything within the morning and our home was ready to move in to. I don’t plan to move anymore but if I do, I’m deffo using Twiggys again. 11/10.

Wayne and his two boys moved us into our new home on Friday and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Wayne came out on a Sunday to price the job up, he gave us the best price out of 5 companies we had contacted and agreed to come the following Friday. He arrived on time, and had us fully moved out by 1200. Him and his team then kindly waited around due to delays caused by the seller not moving out on time. All in all an extremely positive experience, the three of them were extremely friendly and polite and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future.

We are very happy with our experience with Twiggy’s removals. As with any move, plans can change last minute and our new-build house wasn’t ready on time. We found out with less than 48hrs notice, but Wayne was able to move our date to the next weekend and all worked out well. They were professional, careful and had a cheerful attitude the whole day. Our move consisted of two trips from Swansea to Cardiff and they managed it all done and dusted by 330pm. They also helped my partner remove the TV and certain fixtures from the wall. Their knowledge and capability is top notch! Thank you for helping us in a stressful time, as moving is never an easy task.

Super service by the team at Twiggy’s removals! Wayne, Kevin and Cam provided a friendly, efficient, affordable service where nothing was too much trouble and they made our move from South Wales to North East Scotland a positive experience! I cannot recommend them highly enough; they really are serious contenders as an alternative to the large corporates in this market! With a 1200+ mile round trip I was concerned we may be stretching them but they took it all in their stride and even managed to pack some Southern sunshine and temperatures into the LWB Luton to make our moving day one of warmth, blue skies and teeshirts! Wayne promised my elderly mother that he’d "look after her and not let her down" and he was true to his word! Truly a positive experience we’ll never forget and I don’t hesitate to recommend them!

Spot on service! Said he’d be there for 5:45 and he was there for 5:44 so very impressed with that Not you’re cowboy that will say he’ll be there and 2 days after the agreed time still no sign.
