There’s plenty to think about when you’re moving home. You may be waiting for keys, trying to fit your life into boxes, arranging cleaners, changing addresses, and wondering whether the sofa will make it through the new hallway!
That’s where we come in. Twiggy’s Removals is a family-run team based in Morriston, Swansea. Since 2020, we’ve helped people move homes, collected awkward furniture, relocated offices and got students to university on time. We do the lifting, loading and driving, but just as importantly, we talk through the details before moving day so that you know what to expect.

We’ll go through all those questions and more before we quote. When we know where you’re moving from, where you’re going, how much needs to travel and what access is like at both ends, we can give you a price that makes sense for the job rather than a guess that changes later.
For larger house and flat moves, we bring two fully equipped Transit Luton vans and a crew sized to the move. You pack your boxes; we take care of the heavy lifting. We load carefully, make a sensible plan for the day, and aim to get everything where it needs to be with as little fuss as possible.

When you contact us, you’re talking to Wayne and the team who will be handling your move (not a call centre!) That makes it easier to ask the questions that matter, explain anything unusual about the property, and get a straight answer before you book.
A move can look simple until you notice the third-floor flat, the tight turn on the stairs, the parking restrictions, or the wardrobe that needs coming apart. We would rather understand the job before moving day than give you a number that was never going to be right.
Every job is fully insured. We are used to dealing with everything from family furniture and large wardrobes to antiques, office equipment and the single item that is far too awkward for a car. We cover carpets and doors, and we look after your property as if it were our own.
There’s no deposit to hold your moving date. Once the job is agreed, payment is due in full on moving day. It’s simple, fair and one less thing to arrange before the move.
A full house move isn’t the only reason people call us. If it needs moving and it won’t fit in the car, there’s a good chance we can help!

If your move goes beyond South Wales, please don’t assume it’s too far. We take on long-distance moves across the UK, including student moves and house moves that begin or end much further from home.

For some moves, a detailed call is enough. For others, we will arrange a visit so that we can see the volume, access and anything that needs particular attention. You will then receive a clear, accurate quote with no obligation to book.
Once you’re happy, we confirm the date and turn up ready to work. We’ll tell you what setup the move needs, whether that’s one van for a smaller job or two Luton vans and a larger crew for a full house.
The price depends on the size of the move, the distance between the two properties, access at both ends and whether any items are especially large or awkward. Man and van jobs start from £40. For house, office and student moves, we will discuss the details and give you an accurate quote rather than a made-up price range.
